How to book

  1. Send a booking request with the form on the contact page, or ring or text 07700 900418. Nothing is booked until we confirm it by text or email, within one working day.

  2. Drop the bike off between opening time and 10:00 on your booked day. Most jobs are ready after 16:00 the same day, and a full service takes two working days.

Punctures and brake or gear adjustments are often done while you wait when the workshop is not full. Ring or text first to check.

Questions

Do I need to book?
For a service, yes. Punctures and small adjustments are often done while you wait.
How long will it take?
Most jobs are ready the same day if the bike is in by 10:00. A full service takes two working days, and a part we order usually adds a day.
Can you fix my e-bike?
Yes, if it has a Bosch, Shimano Steps or Bafang motor. We do not work on home-built conversion kits.
Will I know the cost first?
Yes. We agree the price when you drop the bike off, and we call before anything over £10 extra.
