All prices are for labour. Parts are extra, and we tell you the part and its price before we fit it. If we find more work once we start, we call you first, and nothing over £10 extra is done without your yes.

- A diagnostic check with the maker's tool
- Firmware updated where the maker allows it
Repairs
Labour only, parts extra. Punctures and brake or gear adjustments are often done while you wait when the workshop is not full.
The workshop rate for anything not listed is £40 an hour, charged in quarter hours.

Parts
We keep the common tubes, tyres, chains, cables and brake pads in stock. Other parts we order in, usually for the next working day, and the bike stays with us until they arrive. We text you when it is ready.
Parts carry their maker's warranty, and we handle the claim for any part we fitted.
What we do not work on
We do not service suspension forks or shocks inside. We fit and set them up, and we can tell you who services them.
We do not work on e-scooters, on motorbikes, or on home-built e-bike conversion kits.
